I went to my dermatologist, she said I have chronic inflammation and I need to prioritise these things (in picture), I don't even know what's right or wrong anymore. So many people told me to take accutane or topical retinoid, but a dermatologist explained why it's not suitable for me and all that. Can someone help? I'm Genuinely lost and drained from trying so hard to achieve clear skin

Haha i did a superrr similar thing lol. Yea either hop on accutane for 5 months and then do 2 months of alzeic acid and narcicemide. Or cope for 7 months and then do it. Becuase nothing will clear your skin faster so ur just wasting time
