Sharing this shit I got from someone that cleared his skin:
Get accutane 10mg or 5mg (Optional, if you are poorcel don't do it)
Get a Tazarotene Cream or Gel 0.1 for cream 0.5 for gel and use it everyday (Cream for Dry skin, Gel for Oily)
Stop using cleansers, but if you feel like it helps your skin keep using it.
Get a SPF+ PA++++ and use it everyday .
Get Magnesium with Taurine, Zinc, Copper and Multivitamins with Biotin and supplement it everyday. (If you feel like your hair is falling off, stop using Zinc and Copper and keep using Magnesium with Taurine and Multivitamins)
Run this shit for 5 months or longer goodluck
