If a healthy diet and hydration doesn’t work then yeah hop on

Tret cleared my skin up very well but I never really had acne. It’s really cheap so it’s worth it to give it a shot before you hop on accutane IMO. Also if you’re eating animal based definitely up your water intake, try to get around 100oz ≈ 3L a day
