Muscle building is incredibly genetics dependent. No use comparing yourself with the genetic 0.0001% (NFL players). Just lift and see how far you can go without bloating.

Depends on your genetics and how hard you train.
Some guys can get near Men's Physique level while natty (Jeff Seid's first time competing) and some other dudes will look like shit even after years of training.
The pic you posted is a good example of what most men will achiev in 2 years of training natty but that's definitely not the limit.

Thing is with being natty is you never get the blown up shoulders/upperback bcause of androgen receptor density their, and that rly improves ur look. Also u try and cut really lean natty to rly bring out ur facial features ur gonna start losing muscle.

Scott Herman is a good example if ur short have top tier genetics and dedicate your entire life to fitness. I think he’s natty, but people be like “omg even with shit genetics you could achieve Scott Herman’s body within a year of working out”

@PubertyMaxxer Steroids allow you to hold muscle in a big calorie defecit. Where-as a natty ur gna start losing muscle once you drop below 9-10 percent bf. That's just test aswell. U take a strong androgen like tren or anadrol and u can be on rly low amounts of calories for a long time and not lose any muscle. As for the point about the shoulders/upper back/chest u have more androgen receptors in those areas (that's why big capped/rounded delts are a tell tale sign of none natty) so when u start taking steroids those areas really blow up and make u look considerably wider (width is massively important). When u got that look of width/big frame and full muscles at a low bf percent so ur bodys lean and ur facial features are defined that rly does it for girls.

What about high endogenous Testosteron (1000+ng/dl) and IGF1 Levels ( 700+ng/dl)? Could i not just get wide shoulders/back with it without needing roids?

His muscles are small. If you train hard for 2 years and don't get the same physique you are either not training hard enough or your genetics are fucked.

@Vidyacoper Most ppl can take test at moderate dosages without losing hair. Especially when using fin or dut. Just stay away from stuff like winstrol/masteron and strong androgens like tren if worried about ur hair.
