Surgery won’t save you if your whole starting pheno is nearly undesirable. That seems to be the rule.

Undesirable phenos look nearly deformed and are typically the ones who require these super invasive surgery… after surgery, the changes tend to move them closer to looking human but not enough to meaningfully improve outcomes with girls

very much agree here, most professionals wouldnt want to risk it they just want the $$, theyll promise you millions of things just to have you end up looking like the guys i posted, face surgery has been created completely for medical reasons and deformities from all the way back in ww1 to today, but everyone in this forum is recommending lefort 2s and jaw surgery left and right expecting people to ascend after it or to improve their facial structure drastically when statistically speaking it just wont

A lot of these are about fixing fucked up bone structure not being it to its ideal obviously a subhuman isn’t gonna become MTN or above because of a jaw surgery, also would be better to show the side on some of these but I’ve seen crazy results from something like a double jaw

I dont understand what your trying to say, surgery is the best way to ascend, most of those cases are bad surgery/surgery not done for cosmetic reasons
(also won't ascend you, it will only make you more attractive than your base)

tbh you just need to have some concept of what you want to do going into the surgery to maximise your results

you can easily ascend even with a good base, just need to be aware of what movements you need and be willing to consult multiple doctors and push back if needed

most people are high inhib around doctors and do whatever they suggest
