Through the years I saw a lot of ppl doing it and 50% said it was good and 50% said it left their face swollen and red as hell and didnt change anything. Never tried cz I dont wanna but can someone share their experience

nerve damage is prominent if you bonesmash and can lead to larger problems in your face.

I am convinced it actually builds tissue over time altough it is a very minimal amount
Give it a try

Wouldn't reccomend + you can get stubborn PiH

i tried it before and can tell you bonesmashing DOES NOT increase your bonemass whatsoever, retards keep repeating the same buzzword talking abt some "wolfs law" but it doesnt actually work that way. bottom line is dont do it

My bonemass was very low and my zygos and front zygos were hiden.
for 8 month i drinked 2-3 liters of milk every funking day. I did all the things who increase bonesmass.
and i bonesmashed.
So i dont know but try it.

Its debatable weather or not it changes bonemass at all, but in my opinion, localized trauma to the dermal layers can cause a hematoma in that area that may closely resemble actual bones. So it could still be beneficial even if it does not function the way people often claim it does. It will also cause temporary swelling in the areas you effect, and that alteration can last for an hour or more so it can also serve as a temporary fraud. I would recommend it. I used to do it a lot and at the time I thought I had been making some improvements, although I am not sure if I was at this point.

It might actually increase bonemass though. Wolf's law does make sense in theory so it could be possible.
