damn bro actually went and got the hooks out ts crazy. I get the feeling like he just fucked up his lower eyelid sclera with this method tho despite all the gains

  • Eyelid Pulling: Cope don't unless u want monolid.
  • Volufiline on supras.
  • Orbicularis Oculi works but idk if it helps with UEE i doubt it. There are studies that prove it.
  • Don't ice supras.
  • Bonesmash supras for swelling good.
  • Orbital box osteotomy.
  • Fat graft transplant.
  • Eyebrows it helps
NCT:

  • Eyebrows just minox dye etc. the usual blah blah. Positively tilt them.
  • Eye exercises don't do anything for CT.
  • Cantho
Undereye:

  • Volufiline works. Concealer. Caffeine serum. None of these fix the bone tho. Orbital Box osteotemy.
Sclera drops.

Orbicularis Oculi is proven by studies tell me if u want them

  • Vaseline. Toothbrush after u brush. Need to research on lip widening think it's cope tho without surgery.

  • Surgery, bonesmashing for swelling works well. Volufiline would theoretically work here but would not look good.

  • Othoplasty and earrings 😭

Idk much about this i have really really good collagen and skin so I don't worry but I have a skin routine i can send anyone who's skin is fucked it's made by garoupilled.

Again not super educated on this, Masai jumping will grow you many feet so make sure to do this in front of all your friends. Really just i think CAJ No DAC, MK is good increases by around 60 ng/ml it's not cope but GH is better. Many others i have no clue about im pretty tall so no need to worry. Fraud with timbs or soles.

Read @xnj thread on nose slimming. I remember their being a diy think just a youtube tutorial not sure if it works i'll look at some studies but I doubt it does as cartilage is set in stone at age 3. Rhinoplasty obv, if ur really desperate u can buy hooks on amazon that curve yo shit upwards. Hydrocortisone works.

Like if you got a big ahh nose or you were reese witherspoon maxxing (long chin) would be nice to see a derivative of somethin like collagenase that can destroy extra bones
