Acutane for black head infested large nose

Literally every time I either go out or am posting on .org it’s always that my nose is too big/bulbus. I think part of the reason at least for the bulbus part of it is that it’s literally covered in blackheads. Do yall think that if I take acutane or some kind of other anti acne medicine my nose would get any smaller? Also if anyone else has any other tips to decrease the size of your nose please lmk (don’t say surgery I’m broke).

tretinoin and light moisturizer got rid of all of mine. Use the cream instead of the gel if you Don’t have oily skin.


Accutane is just an oral overdose of vitamin A (isotretinoin form.)

Tretinoin doesn’t take longer than accutane to work, the purge period isn’t worse, there’s on topical side effects and the side effects last a couple months they don’t have risk of lingering or years


If you only have one problem area just use tretinoin. Accutane should be considered by people with a whole face full of severe acne or a lot of facial acne + persistent acne on their chest/back. Used to have a friend with this issue.

what strength tret do you use? ive been trying to get rid of black heads on my nose forever man. they went away temporarily after i was on accutane but came back.
