Adapalen or tretinoin?

Both are good for acne, adapalene being less irritating than tretinoin. Tretinoin is definitely stronger and better for collagen/anti-aging though. I recommend tretinoin, but start at the lowest strength (0.025%) and slowly build up to 0.1%.

I already take tretinoin 0.5 since 1 year (for collagen), but i heard that adapalen (differin) could be better alternative.

Since you've been taking tretinoin for a year now, I wouldn't recommend changing to adapelene, there's no advantage as far as I know.
