Adapalene/Tret to Accutane, purge again?

I’ve been on adapalene for a bit now and I’m past the purge. I want to switch to accutane to also target back acne as I will most likely start a cycle. For anyone who’s switched from adapalene or tret to accutane (don’t want to do both I’m highly prone to drying) did you purge again?

Yeah I guess the reason I did adapalene instead was fear of a severe purge. The adapalene purge was very noticeable but still was able to fraud it during that time. The dryness was severe too but I had ways to get around it. What dosage did you do for accutane?

I don’t remember the dosage I did because it was over 2 years ago. Before accutane I tried every over the counter product for acne and nothing really worked so I got accutane prescribed to me. I did 6 months and haven’t had ANY acne since.
