Some time ago, my dermatologist prescribed adapalene and recommended that I use moisturizer if irritation occurs.My doctor put me on adapelene and doxy and told me not to use moisturiser on my face, it’s been 4 days and i look like i just came out of the fucking desert fuck my faggot doctor

The truth is, if it's really hurting you, I recommend it. The idea, as I recall, is not to use it with creams, but you have to get your skin used to the adapalene. Oh for fucks sake. You start out using once or twice a week and slowly build up frequency until every other day then every day to allow your skin to acclimate. If you just put it on every night at the start your skin will suffer.What does this even mean

In the UK i’m pretty sure you have to get referred to dermatology by a doctor, hence why i was at the doctors.
In that case just ask for a referral rather than having the doctor prescribe skincare directly. That’s what I ended up doing, and it worked well for me.
