Im constantly ill and cant get nothing done please no advise it wont get fixed its been like that for two years now maybe its adhd maybe its brainrot disease idk
But what could I use that would give me the kick for being able to do something? Obviously I know it wont be nearly as good as Adderal but still maybe could help.
I heard about l tyrosine etc but sounds like cope idk
