Potential HCG alternatives?

Hi all, I am planning on running a test e/c cycle very soon. From my research, it appears that I have to take hcg to prevent being infertile (I know that since i’m doing pct regardless i should be fine, but from what i’ve heard it’s basically required to run hcg as well). I was wondering if there are HCG alternatives to make sure i still have natural test production and don’t become infertile. The reason for not wanting to take hcg is because it is a huge risk being refrigerated and I think my mom found my reta lol jfl.
Lmk if there are alternatives. I don’t think there are but i could be wrong!

unfortunately it is refrigerated so i couldn’t do it but thanks
