writing after i eat dinner every day.
i'll weigh in every 5 days, could change (day 3)
Ate: (1 kirkland protein chewy bar 11:30AMish , 5 layer beefy burrito and large nacho fries from taco bell 8:00PM
Drank: (6 cups of water at home and school, 1 large baja blast freeze)
big gap in food from (11:30AM)-(8:00PM) (8 hours and 30 minutes)

if i were to guess, i'd say (1,200-1,300) calories

side effects:
(got tired around 2:30 and it ended at around 4:00)

length:
took at (7:30AM)
started to feel effects at (7:50AMish) earlier than before
started to wear off at (5:00PM)
Personal comments:
last night i didnt get much sleep, i felt like a foid. just kept thinking about stuff, and thigns that werent serious like pokemon go teams n shit.

yeah i started at 13 and did every day and was short, i stopped and grew from 4'11 to 5'2 from 13-14 so after that i wouldnt take it like every day, usually like once a week or before a big test.
