anyone know what causes it? One day I ate 5k calories one day I ate like negative -1k out of just forgetting (swam for 2 hours and lifted)

your just balancing your daily intake calories. Basically making up for the food your didn’t eat the day before

im on wellbutrin, so imagine something 8x milder, but its also seriously helped with leanmaxxing. dropped over 30lb non-waterweight in a couple of months
