Theres a massive difference between the mortality risk from a lefort 2 fracture (like from a car accident) and a lefort 2 osteotomy done in a controlled setting. Lefort 2s are performed all the time on syndromic patients with a mortality rate no where near 5%.

We are a group of Giant’s patients that have paid in full and are currently awaiting surgery. Unfortunately, Giant has repeatedly lied about the status of our designs and his arrival date to Turkey, causing some of us to be delayed over a year after the initial confirmed surgery dates. After countless attempts to resolve this issue on a personal level, we have collectively decided to make this issue known publicly in order to keep him accountable.

As most of you already know, getting your case accepted by Giant is extremely difficult to begin with. Even if you’re lucky enough to be accepted, it’s clear that as things stand you’re still at the mercy of Liam’s unpredictable and irresponsible attitude. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable to the extent that two surgeons have expressed to patients they will likely permanently cut ties with Giant after this batch.

If you think you’ll be the exception, then just examine Clavicular’s case, as he happens to be part of the same batch as us. Even the greys on TikTok are calling bullshit on the status of his surgery due to the constant delays. While Liam has demonstrated the ability to produce exceptional work in the past, something has clearly gone wrong. Hopefully this post receives enough support from the forum and his prospective clients to serve as a wake up call to prompt meaningful corrective action.

Clav will NOT undergo surgery. There is no reason to do so unless you have an extremely low IQ (and Clav does not). He has ascended, and he has ascended with his “genetics”; he has not even undergone surgery, and girls accept him better. He has completed his looksmaxxing journey and is now focusing on status-maxxing and money-maxxing. The purpose of this community is to ascend and forget, and that is what he is doing. He will slowly disappear from looksmaxxing, but he will always be remembered as a legend.

Be sure his customise your implants and pagoni to be the surgeon only.
They have only one good result and guys name is lin00b on tiktok if you want check the results.
I think it's very good not the best but results was pretty good.
Supras was good but he put him to much the same as malars but very good all that with rhinoplasty for 50k but the surgery was 2 years ago i don't know.

Clav is htn on this site yes. But IRL he is percieved much better. And some of the surgery you think will benefit him will probably only benefit him on this site and not much more IRL. You can break your legs 10 and probably will never have his smv he already gained.

Perhaps sometimes, however the ammount of times it is recommended is retarded. A projection rhinoplasty is sufficient most of the time. Having a recceced anterior nasal spine doesnt mean lefort 2 is the only solution. You could get grafts etc.

Even a lefort 2 is not enough to recover the caved in maxilla of an East Asian. Just because you make an osteotomy lines and move the midface forwards does not mean such a movement can mimic actual bone forward growth. Implants are a must.
