He's posted multiple times on his Instagram stories, publicly, about how he loves to inhale balloons full of nitrous oxide. Some of us have gotten and submitted scans two years ago and still haven't gotten surgery - now the scans are old and surgery could fail for all we know.

it's weird because he has operated in march of last year. getting scans in early 2024 just to operate on someone else the year after? (2025).

He only got implants or minor osteotomies as far as I am aware, I don't think he got bimax.

Yeah I think he got small osteotomy asw but from these pictures he def got a genio or maybe I trimax idrk but some guys said he got some tissue work done as well for the eye areea idk if it’s related to his canthal tilt changing but it could be the osteotomy aswell changing and moving the orbits to a positive angle and moving them a bit horizontally to give him a bigger esr and ipd .

Perhaps sometimes, however the ammount of times it is recommended is retarded. A projection rhinoplasty is sufficient most of the time. Having a recceced anterior nasal spine doesnt mean lefort 2 is the only solution. You could get grafts etc.
