ur arguing from incredulity: "if it worked then everyone would use it ." thats not evidence. A lot of cosmetic treatments coexist because they differ in effectiveness, cost, convenience, and the quality of evidence behind them.
Likewise, saying its impossible for any topical to have a localized biological effect is also unsupported. we already know some topical compounds can penetrate the skin and produce local effects. the question isnt whether its impossible. the question is whether adifyline actually works well enough to make a noticeable difference.
so if your entire argument is "its a cream, therefore it cant work!!!!" thats just an assertion. if you have actual evidence that adifyline cant produce localized fat growth, post it instead of relying on "if it worked everyone would use it." maaybe you should try it out and test it out yourself

The difference in effectiveness is what I'm talking about, even if it does produce localized fat growth, there's no evidence of how much it does provide, because it's often such an insignificant amount that its pointless, this exact same thing has happened with volufiline in the past, both completely useless solutions that people use out of fear of needles

You're going to work on the same "maybe's" that scamssivia works on with your arguments, yes there's things that suggest it could grow fat, no there's nothing that suggests it's enough fat to fix hollow eyebags that are caused by a lack of volume

Adifyline is marketed for old women that are slowly losing small amounts of fat around their face to slightly improve their facial plumpness and contouring, it's not made for teenagers to put under their eyes and hope it solves their NOV
