Adive on my 3d ct scan and surgery plan

I think i am to recessed for a wraparound jaw implant. So i will need jaw surgery first. Had appointment at a famous maxillofacial surgeon, that told me i would need sarpe and a special form of mandible expander appliance first. He said my maxilla is fine, and he would like to do a chin wing after expansion.
Im not sure if he is right, and just want to hardsell me chin wing surgery. My maxilla really looks strange in the pictures. So maybe sarpe/mandible expander/braces then bimax and wraparound jaw implant in 1 year would be the better option.
Also my nose looks very ugly on the scan. I will just go for fillers.
The problem is that time is running hard against me (already 26), and i need a transformation asap.

I think you can benefit from a BSSO tho, Maybe a BSSO+Fillers would do the trick for the lower third, I would also get some sort of implant or w.e they call it to project your nasal area foward in addition to a rhinoplasty.

Im not sure if you need CCW, I think you may, not sure.

My maxilla looks forward grown on the scan, but in reality my upper-midface is very flat and looks recessed (maybe because of the narrow palate and no cheekbones. Im having a very small and unmasculine face, with a small chin.
Eyes are some of the worst on the whole forum. Im planning on my flight to taban, or maybe just canthoplasty, upper bleph and brow lift in my country

Have you considered a modified lefort 3?

Airway looks pretty small, I bet you have sleep apnea. If you do, that would push me toward bimax

You rendered the dicom data yourself lol.
Get the professionally 3D reconstructed one from the radiology (mesantis I guess)

There are also demo/freeware programs with which you can reconstruct the sof tissue isn't very good but helpful
