Getting Neck and Chin Lipo in 1 Day and 7 hours, my third hard max

My submental fat is crazy even after a chin wing osteotomy. I thought about getting DJS to address that but chin/neck/jawline lipo is only 3500€ and if the result is only half as good as I hope it will be I dont need DJS surgery and another Chin Wing will do the job. Basically saved 15k doing this but Bimax is low key an obsession for me but whatever
