Spine is tilted to the left for a few months now, don't know why, maybe posture has to be improved,

seems to make me lose a few centimeters in height.

What do you guys do for adult spinemaxxing/heightmaxxing?

So far I got:

- Supplements (D3/K2/Glucosamine)
- Posture maxxing (chin tuck,etc,..)
- Consulting with Chiropractor or other professional for correct, personal assessment
- Stretching frequently during the day
- Doing inversion therapy sessions (Gravity boots, inversion table,...)

What else?

Anyone got experience with any of this for adult spinemaxxing and heaightmaxxing?

Thanks.

If you do that, please measure your height several times before and after the exact same way to get some statistics.

Cheapest way to do this is to do a dead hang from a pull up bar.

I also do shoulder rotations for better posture.

Actually hanging 20 mins every 1 hour can make you taller it just really hard and you have to do it all the time
have you tried it yourself ?
