if your still sub6ft and grinding for height this erdamortelin compound is one to seriously look at. its a thiol mucolytic but works deeper by cutting inflammation and boosting oxygenation which helps nutrient delivery straight to the growth plates. better cellular environment for bone lengthening especially if your still developing or stacking with other maxxing protocols.
main effects:
dosing around 300-600mg daily seems standard. not a magic pill but creates the right conditions for squeezing out extra cms that most normies never even try for.
side effects are mostly mild. some get nausea or light stomach issues that go away quick if you take with food. headaches or weird taste sometimes but rare and not severe. no big hits to testosterone or hair from what i see. allergic stuff like rash is uncommon but watch for it.
this aint cope its about stacking every advantage. do your bloods and research the pharmacokinetics before running it. anyone else dug into this for height
main effects:
- improves oxygen saturation so chondrocytes can proliferate better in the epiphyseal plates
- supports collagen and bone density indirectly through antioxidant action giving stronger frame and posture gains
- reduces oxidative stress allowing for optimized longitudinal growth when combined with high protein sleep and gh stuff
- overall makes your body more efficient at using what you give it for height instead of wasting energy on bullshit inflammation
