Jaw asymmetry is due to my last polar missing on one side(will get fixed when I go to dentist) and hair is shit cause my barber fucked me(have changed)

Looking into ways to slim my nose and I’ll look into widening my lips a bit after

Get rid of dandruff or whatever that is in your hair, shave when you notice hair and get a lip expander off aliexpress, idk if you can do anything to nose except surgery but look into it

Taking some meds cause it’s a weird case of dermatitis or smthing and will do stuff for nose just saving up some money. Do lip expanders actually work?
