if you've never been in a relation before or single for a long time. then you need to know that not every girl that your going to have intimate or good moments with is the one. if you don't have the ability to turn away when shit goes south you're gonna get wrecked. I've seen so many guys stressing over one girl and letting themselves go after their first relation is over.
