Advice for best peptides/sarms?

I broke my knee cap a few years ago(2), and I’ve been avoiding hitting legs for over a year of working out. It is to the point that my upper body looks more developed than my lower body, and I would like to change that. I’ve been looking into bpc-157 capsules from peptide sciences, and I’ve also been looking into rad-140 from pure raws. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to start my first rad-140 cycle. I weigh approx 155-160 5"10. I track all of my micro nutrients and hit all of them, and the ones I don’t I take supplements (vitamin c, d3, 60bil probiotics, magnesium, a multivitamin, and collagen(just got boron and copper as well). I need to know if bpc-157 is the best option for me, helping broken bones and torn ligaments because my left knee (the one that didn’t break) makes no creeking when crouching etc, but my left one creaks and sounds like my neck getting cracked after every crouch. I also need to know if bpc is the best option for me because it’s fucking expensive ($175). If you have and suggestions please let me know, I and currently cutting. I would prefer something orally taken instead of injected just because I’m fearful of trying it since I don’t want my parants to know about this, but if you sell me enough I’ll consider it

bpc capsules really help with healing stomach, if you want systematic healing, I highly suggest you start injecting.

The best combo for healing is bpc + tb500 + GHKU (skin and collagen) + hgh derivate peptide
Do a low dose of rad-140, since it potent, look online for cycling advice, I recommend watching 'Ryan Russo' YouTube channel. A pioneer in the sarm space, he experiments with tons of sarms, so he is credible on the subject. Make sure you do a mini pct with your sarms as well, enclo is the best for this use case, unless you run heavier sarms like YK-11 or S23.

Good luck on your journey, also having neighbouring friend who's chill, to help with storing injectable substances, helps a lot. :Comfy:

BPC-157 is not $175.. find ur self a better source. its maximum $100 ex: cambridge research is $110.

and oral bpc costs $65-$90 if u have a good supplier

i forgot to mention I play tennis 4-6 hours a week and my father loves to run and hike so it’s not like my legs are shit it’s just that they Arnt big in proportion to my upper body

The point of this thread wasn’t to ask for a rating otherwise obv I wouldn’t show ts photo lol was just trying to show my muscle I’m not not a pussy and didn’t care enough to cover my face

Could I start with just bpc 157 capsules for a few weeks then add onto the others? Do not have the $ for everything rn

Don’t bother with capsules there bioavailability is terrible compared to the injectable version. Also BPC is best paired up with TB-4/500, you could get a mixed blend or buy them separately and mix them into one syringe. Also don’t buy from peptide sciences there massively overpriced.

all the peptides are being sourced from China anyway

Totally agree, the only use case for bpc capsules is for stomach/intestinal healing, otherwise it's useless in that form factor.
Make sure you find a cheap source, try to look for sourcing, by asking a steroid forums, based in your country.
I would say the essential combo is injectable bpc157, and tb500, preferably in two different vials, I heard the chemical structure can be compromised, decreasing it's potency, if combined, rather not risk it. :Comfy:
