I broke my knee cap a few years ago(2), and I’ve been avoiding hitting legs for over a year of working out. It is to the point that my upper body looks more developed than my lower body, and I would like to change that. I’ve been looking into bpc-157 capsules from peptide sciences, and I’ve also been looking into rad-140 from pure raws. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to start my first rad-140 cycle. I weigh approx 155-160 5"10. I track all of my micro nutrients and hit all of them, and the ones I don’t I take supplements (vitamin c, d3, 60bil probiotics, magnesium, a multivitamin, and collagen(just got boron and copper as well). I need to know if bpc-157 is the best option for me, helping broken bones and torn ligaments because my left knee (the one that didn’t break) makes no creeking when crouching etc, but my left one creaks and sounds like my neck getting cracked after every crouch. I also need to know if bpc is the best option for me because it’s fucking expensive ($175). If you have and suggestions please let me know, I and currently cutting. I would prefer something orally taken instead of injected just because I’m fearful of trying it since I don’t want my parants to know about this, but if you sell me enough I’ll consider it
