i have a deep bite, recently i’ve been looking for away on how to not get bad results while wearing braces i’ve seen orthodontist argue about what would be the best way on how to get on braces without it making u look worser the thing im confused about is people are getting different results with the same exact braces whether it’s good or bad and it’s lowk making me worried

wear rubber bands when they say to and keep the retainer ur whole chud life and just go with the plan

Do NOT get traditional braces, please get damon braces they are so much better and what I currently have. Not sure about elastics tho

Also look into other appliances, expander, mara, herbst, etc. Don't be afraid to speak up if you think your ortho is fucking you in the ass
