Advice for bs with a massage gun

So I've been thinking about buying a massage gun for bonesmashing, and I'm wondering how to properly do it, for example how frequently I should do it, how long until the results will show and what I should do to support the bs process, that's all. I hope you guys can help me.

I'm still not sure whether its cope or not
I just brace my head with one arm, and push with the massage gun on the other, which prevents it bouncing of your face.
Since I had an awful fwhr, I go around the side of my jaw to make it wider, but you should target whatever area is weakest for you.
