Massage gun for bs better than knuckles/blunt objects?

been doing it with the edge of an iron wrench and my knuckles for the past couple months, but I’ve seen people hyping up the massage gun and saying it’s the most efficient. Is the difference that huge or is it not worth it?

Not hard enough
