Advice for lower third surgeries, etc.

Wanted to get some advice / info about what i can do to ascend my face. im open to any surgery, but would prefer to stay away from implants. i feel like i have a decent front profile, but the side profile is completely cooked. idk how / why i developed this way but fuck it we ball. i met with an oral surgeon and he said i have a class 3 maloclussion (underbite) and apertognathia (openbite) so I'm looking to have djs for that in 2026. because of the open bite, the surgey should lower my gonial angle in theory(correct me if im wrong) I just dont know if that will get the results I'm looking for, i feel like i need more ccw rotation or just something in my lower third. im grey as fk so if someone with experience could help me out it'd mean the world. thanks

Yes you need djs, if you want to know how your results will look like ask your surgeon, nowadays they use computer software that can predict the outcome including soft tissue really well
