Advice for surgeries for side profile

So I’m a the guy on the left and my student loan money is coming soon and I am fully prepared to spend it to help me ascend. Any surgery suggestions to improve my sub 5 side profile? I am working with about a 4K budget.

I mean he could but its hard to justify 30k + with years in braces just to get slightlty better side profile unless funtional issue

I didn't say that he should lose weight and that'll fix mandible but even considering the idea of a surgery while being fat is a retarded.

Regardless, his mandible is barely recessed.
