So I’m a the guy on the left and my student loan money is coming soon and I am fully prepared to spend it to help me ascend. Any surgery suggestions to improve my sub 5 side profile? I am working with about a 4K budget.

Lose weight and get double jaw surgery aka bimax and id recommend chewing hard foods
