Advice for teencels , don't waste your teen years like I did.

I wasted my teenage completely and utterly
I have lost my friends that I had
I stopped playing sports since 2020 coz of COVID
I have no motivation to live
I have failed in each and endeavor I laid myself to
I won't advice you to leave this site if you are sub 18 as many advice you to all I would say is play , go outside and if you have goals then give everything you have to accomplish them so that you don't live your life in regret as a loser.
