Advice/help please

I don’t know what to do I had a tooth extraction about a year ago, and my mandible has been getting more and more recessed. Do I just ride it out and fix later on ( I have strict parents) surgery isn’t an option any time soon and I want to get these braces off while having straight teeth. Please give me advice thank you
