I am lean and debloated, yet my lower third still lacks strikingness. My jaw width is good and gonions are decent, i just lack hollowness.

Currently im considering some form of surgical fat removal, fat dissolver - or MARPE/SARPE for cheekbone expansion, resulting in more shadowing over cheeks and therefore more hollowness. I have a genio scheduled for later this year and will be trying one of these methods out after recovery.

Anything I’m missing?

Keep in mind that lighting is quite good here and that i usually look more bloated then in the first photo

only thing u need is lip lift and genio, your mouth width is a bit short but i wouldnt do anything else besides that, dont remove fat, the reason that you dont have hollow cheeks is prob ur bones and not ur fat, but i still wouldnt do marpe either as that leads to new risks

I mean your angularity is already good, ur sucking ur cheeks in on the second pic correct?

You could just lose a bit more weight or try out UC / Aqualyx or Buccal fat removal (or all of them like me lol)

All of them? You're doing all 3? Don't know if i should mirin or if your going to end up looking like a minecraft skeleton

Yes im sucking in my cheeks in second pic. As i said in the post my current plan is to leanmax + get genio, and then if i still look like shit im probably getting fat removal/dissolver or doing palate expansion. I might just have stubborn fat pads idk

Also read that genio can help with tightening the skin and actually giving better hollowness in cheeks so that could also be the problem

I already did all of them but not aqualyx (but I have it ready)

Are you serious? If I were a woman, I'd think you looked mysterious and brooding and had a great personality even though I just saw you for the first time now.

That's the evening sun? Come on. You'd look good in club lighting and on the beach too.

I think all of these and your geino are bad ideas. Your face is good. Picking at the line when you're already attracting women is not worth it. You should see why I'm joined November 2022

Leave Looksmax.org behind and watch Netflix with your girlfriend. There is nothing here for you besides some banter and BDD.

The point was to get facially lean, I can show you my results lol, my fat distribution genetics are shit so I went all in

I'm gonna go sleep now so im too lazy to post pictures i guess you could stalk my profile

I have a recessed chin and that 1st picture is not representitive of what i look like in normal lighting. My current plan is as stated to, after genio, recover and keep leanmaxxing and see if the lower third is resolved. If not i will most likely opt for one of these solutions. I do in fact not look good in club lighting or on the beach.

I understand what your saying but i don't agree, im not going from good looking to good looking here, i am going from like avarage-above avarage to good loking. Im not like clavretardicular who talks about getting LL & DJS even though mogging

Mmm I'd say you can try some UC sessions and or aqualyx since its reversible via (decent) weight gain if it ends up overhollowing you, kinda harder to reverse for buccal fat removal, since you look like you already have good angularity but I understand wanting a more striking, consistent angular face that pops out at people. I got BFR and I liked my results but my face wasnt as angular as yours is even in good lighting so im not sure if I'd recommend it as your first option, try the softer ones first maybe

Buccal fat removals going to be your best option.

Fat dissolvers are normally for superficial fat pads. I've never even heard of anyone attempt to use it on a deep fat pad.

Did not know that fat dissolvers are for superficial fat pads, could you elaborate on that? Why would it not work on deeper fat pads?

Good advice sounds logical, would be nice though to just get BFR and mog. But yeah i don’t think I’m one of those ”babyface” BFR candidates, where the cheeks are the widest part of the face. At the same time i mean idk if id say my face is super angular, i don’t have crazy everted gonions but its i think decent. Maybe i would benefit from a little bit of jaw filler but thats it. the real problem seems to be indeed exactly what you said ”i understand wanting a more striking angular face”. I i just dont have much definition in my cheeks.

Is the left side ur face how it always is and right side cheek biting to emulate less fat on cheeks or is right something elss

Then yea bfr is pretty likely to just give u a quick ascension, the success rate should be pretty high, I wont say it wont have a risk but I didnt regret mine tbh, it really depends on how genetically large ur buccal fat is vs subq fat, I know a guy who had crazy big buccals and after a full removal got crazy hollows, which look good on him but not on most people, then in my case i got full removal and I got no hollows but got a good ample angularity boost, if i got partials i woulda regretted not getting full bad. Just wanted to give you more info on it, im currently using UC so get rid of my subq fat now thanks to my buccals taking lots of the "bloat look" off and its going well just slow, I say go for it if u rlly want tbh

BRO LEGIT YOU
tbh my buccals weren't that big when they showed it to me, it just shows how much of an impact a few ml of fat removed can make on the face.

Yeah tbh it might be maybe more that you have good bone structure underneath, or projection

I dont see why it would not work on deeper fat pads. It probably would.

The issue is more a) placing it correctly, b) does it do anything to other structures within or around the fat pad that have negative concequences, c) are you going to have sufficient control over how it works(though that's a problem in general with it).

I just have never heard of anyone trying to do it. Would not want to be the first to try it and find out.
