Take it with fat for better absorption, take fish oil with it. Stay hydrated. That's it really.

I done it at 60, only side effects I had were fucking dry ass lips. Thats it. I did have some really bad back pain where it was very difficult to walk, but this last 3 days out of the 6 months I was taking it, so not an issue. At 20mg you should really just be getting dryness. Don't worry about the side effects most people are fine. It's worth it, miracle drug for acne.

I was either on 10 or 20 and the dose is pretty low in comparison to others. Take something fatty for better absorption like peanut butter beforehand and use moisturiser and subscreen daily.
