bs radix is kinda risky; too much force can cause bleeding, scabbing, or even make the hump looks worse, but if done properly it can be very helpful.

i have personally been doing it for the last 2 months and have noticed great differences, working on a guide/transformation post.

very little, i just tap with my knuckles but i have heard some people say even pressing hard enough can have results but im not sure
