For reference I am -18yrs, 184cm (6ft) no shoes or nothing else and around 48-50kg(105-110lbs) and having alot of trouble gaining weight for a more solid build because I'm skinny as shit and might be coping just calling on my metabolism but I try these forums and I've been eating higher calorie foods for a while now and more than I burn while going to the gym 4-5 a week.

asking out for any advice, might be the result of my age or growth considering my back is covered in stretch marks.

Gaining weight is simple you just have to eat more than you burn, find out your maintenance calories by tracking how many calories you eat a day for a week, monitor your weight fasted every morning under The same conditions and from there you can work out how much you need to be eating to gain weight

Also “ fast metabolism” is cope, to have a fast metabolism you actually have to have a lot of muscle and unless you have a diagnosed medicinal condition that makes it a lot harder to gain weight, it’s just cope

eat more food
there's nothing else to it
