Try the OMAD diet. It changed me a lot. And eat clean. Like paleo diet. But if you wanna go extreme just cut out all carbs and do OMAD and keto. But it can fuck your hormones like mood, libido, metabolism. So don’t do it longer than 3 months. Otherwise just eat super clean. Start with 2 meals a day then once you’re used to it, eat 1 big meal a day with your calories and micronutrients. For now -400 caloric defecit6’1 205lbs and 19, I play a lot of sports but I have a lot of trouble staying consistent during diet and getting lean, what do yall suggest. I’m not willing to pin anything. I’m currently do every other day full body split for my workouts aswell
