Advice on going forward with buccal fat removal

i was at a clinic today for a consultation, he did ultrasound on my face and ended up saying it wouldnt be worth doing the surgery because the thickness of that area on me is 3mm and usually does it for patients with 10mm thickness.

He said it wouldnt really give any results.

I have been to another clinic and that guy spent 5 minutes with me (he seemed uninterested in me and my «issue») but they will do it if i want to but i dont know anymore whats best for me.

Im lean 71kg 188-190cm and kinda have a heavier lower part of my face.

Any opinions? From people that have considered the surgery as well

by the sounds of it you dont have much buccal fat
if you cant give the surgery look into lipolytic agents

The thing is i dont wanna look anorexic either and health issues start happening when ur too low bodyfat%

Im in eu been to 2 consultations one was 50 usd one was 65 usd.

I doubt you have really looked into it, probably seen youtube/tiktok videos from overweight girls coping by saying its a bad one.

But im on the edge myself about it. But i dont think all the negative stuff about it is factual

And i agree with «just get lean» but the thing is some people have a lot of facial fat even at low bf%

Im not some overweight dude that hasnt put in any effort

if you aren't flexxing your pretty lean i would recommend you get some filler for your jawline the migration bs is not true. Get filler which will give your lower 3rd more structure that in itself might give you the hollowness your looking for if not combined w buccal fat will look great let me send a thread of someone who did it. https://looksmax.org/threads/my-fillers-buccal-fat-removal-results.1183485/ you have a roundish lower 3rd like him fillers will help hella
