I have a flat/recessed maxilla sadly so my midface is sunken in, but because of my overjet my mouth seems to be relatively far forwards giving me a bit of forward growth, is it best for me NOT to get braces meaning they wont pull my front teeth back or should i get braces and they make my teeth all nice and hopefully fix my overbite but fuck my forward growth

if u have a over jet then u have pushed back mandible yes? i think only u can get palate expandar that can give more space and more oral volume

yeah my mandible is pushed back but my palate is normal and im worried that braces will just pull my face back making it flatter and making my recessed maxilla sooo much more noticeable which is a literal nightmare, i just wonder if theres a way i can keep/help my upper jaw being forwards while bringing my mandible forwards instead of just pulling my upper jaw back to meet my mandible
