I am aware that I get suboptimal sleep and go to sleep late every night. I want to fix this problem, but I lack motivation and enjoy staying up late on my computer. Is there anything I can actually do? For example, I bought red-lensed glasses recently, but stopped wearing them because they became unbearable. I don't want to take melatonin because I don't want to stop being able to sleep at all without it, and slow-release melatonin does nothing for me. I like to stay consistent with a routine by waking up at 8:30 am, and I hate waking up late. Is there any non-cope method for falling asleep early?
