Advice on mse

Need some advice on mse, for reference im 17 and have a pretty narrow palate and can only see 6 teeth when I smile, also cant fit my tongue into the roof of my mouth. Thinking about asking ortho for mse but idk if it will descend me ?? Can pm pictures

mse pretty much never descends anyone, unless you have major horse face or massive alar base
