Advice on starvemaxxing

I have been fat (6'1 280) my entire life, started losing weight around august of 2025 and went from 280 to 230. I have still been losing weight just a lot slower and was wondering if it would be best for me to start starvemaxxing. I have decent muscle mass and am kind of scared to lose it. What should I do?

i mean i used to eat like only 1 meal a day which i dont recommend cuz ive lost a lot of muscle like when i finally lost 35 kgs i was nothing but bone and skin, so calorie deficit is the best way with working out, go lift , do your cardio and go on a calorie deficit or bla bla

Yeah I am mainly scared of getting skinny fat and having to bulk cause I am scared it would make me rebound and fall back into being a total fatass

bro being skinny fat gotta be in top 5 worst things that i experienced, like everyone makes fun of you for being both skinny and fat, do like eat like really a little bit in breakfast like if you eat 3 eggs eat 1 and if you eat 1 just keep eating but eat like salad tomato olives and other shi too just dont eat too much. now if you go to school, you can eat at school if you dont want others to hear your tummy rumbling but dont eat too much maybe eat a protein bar, and when you come home from school eat like 1-2 slices of meat (1 good but if still hella hungry and got no energy eat 2) and wait for your stomach to digest the food and after it digest (what i mean by that is after you shit) eat 1 banana and after 10-20 mins go to the gym lift weights for like 20-30 mins and go do 30 mins of cardio (if you want you can do 40) and dont forget to have rest days (NOT CHEAT DAYS JUST REST DAYS NEVER CHEAT ON YOUR DIET) and +rep please
