i’m definitely gonna get a genioplasty for more projection form the side but can you achieve a more masculine look form the front with this? also are jaw implants a good idea to fix my asymmetrical jaw also for a more robust look i’m pretty narrow

custom genio can definitely add angularity and masculinize the face in fact it probably masculinizes it more than anything else. jaw implants are good I would say, just don't over do them its better to be conservative with them. This case of a ramieri patient did custom genio and jaw implants and you can see his improvement in symmetry, angularity and facial proportions, in fact this is a very similar plan to what I will personally do with dr ramieri
