Advice on what i can do to improve

18 around 180cm and 60kg, took these photos this morning when i woke up, camera quality is shit but wtv, currently im growing my hair out a lil longer, tryna grow my brows and lashes a bit and dying them all darker, chicken and beef 2 times a day to not get bloated or add weight, approx 3-4L of water a day
