Just hit 100lbs down, trying to see where to go from here. Obviously still need to lose more weight, but what else would I need to do to ascend?

Better than I expected tbh, what specific things should I target to ascend?
lose weight / bf% first

another big thing is to stop using ur forehead muscles. u have wrinkles there that you should only be getting by age 50. never use your forehead muscles again.
