another big thing is to stop using ur forehead muscles. u have wrinkles there that you should only be getting by age 50. never use your forehead muscles again.

I've already lost over 100lbs and done considerable work to my skin, my acne was significantly worse a year ago. Was just curious if there was anything I should be doing asap while I continue to lose the remainder of the weight.
