Advice with clean bulking, lowering bodyfat, and gym

I heard that ethnicity has an impact on this matter so i'm posting this.
Recently, Santa gifted me a benchpress with leg extensions and hamstring curls. He's a true lifter
Anyway, I have been planning on clean bulking and lowering body fat, and also eating at a calorie deficit. I am aiming to get to 14% or 16% body fat, as I am currently 24.5% body fat. Im also 13 years old, and turning 14 in late January
I have a lot of questions, which I will say below:
1. What barbell exercises are best for gaining muscle, without compromising height?
2. How should I go about lowering body fat? Does it affect growth if I go too low?
3. How much calories should I eat every day to achieve the body fat levels I desire?
These are all of my questions (for now.) I'm quite new to this site and still figuring it out as I go. If you have any unrelated advice please tell
