16 years old i am new to this stuff. what are some things i can improve and how?

Sleep 9+ hours, milk for bones, vitamins or pharmacy drugs like hgh, test, tren, romasozumab ( if u have money)

I don’t have a problem drinking milk but could I replace it with a calcium supplement?

hmm, i don t know, if u don t like the milk taste do it with nesquik, at first i don t like the milk taste but with time i liked it,
